Rental Period
All rental items are for a one-day or one-event period unless otherwise agreed upon.
Delivery will typically occur either the day before your event or several hours prior to the event start time on the same day. Pick-up will take place the day after the event unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Once your order is placed, PARTYWILD will contact you to coordinate the delivery and pick-up schedule.
We strongly recommend allowing sufficient time for item delivery and setup, especially if items are scheduled for same-day delivery. If the customer opts for a tighter delivery window or same-day delivery without adequate setup time, PARTYWILD cannot be held responsible for any delays or resulting issues.
Rental Orders
You can place an order up to Forty-Eight (48) hours before your event date. Orders can be placed online Twenty-four (24) hours a day via our website, stock
and availability are checked at the time of order however in rare cases PARTYWILD reserves the right to change or substitute items if an unforeseen
instance comes up. The customer will be instantly informed if any such changes need to be done.
Rental Condition
All items on our website have descriptions of their colour and size and we will deliver these in good condition. The customer should fully understand what
they are ordering and should come in contact with us for any inquires before placing an order. All items should be treated with care and delivered back to
PARTYWILD in the same condition these have been delivered. The customer should acknowledge the fact that the items are for rental purposes and are not
delivered brand new to their premises and so some normal deterioration that naturally occurs due to regular use and the passage of time might be the
case. We will not, in any circumstance, deliver any item that we think is not fit to cater an event.
Damage or Loss
Any items that are either lost, stolen or damaged will need to be replaced by the customer. If after the event damages or losses are found, the customer
will be fully liable for their replacement value. Any loss or damage will be established upon the return of items to our warehouse and the client will be
instantly informed. As a general rule the value of the damaged or lost item that needs to be compensated to PARTYWILD will be ten (10) times the value of
its rental fees excl. VAT.
Cancellations made up to seven (7) days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between seven (7) days and Forty-Eight (48) hours prior to the event date will receive a Fifty per cent (50%) refund of the total order value.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event time are not eligible for a refund.
Please note: While cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, changes to your order may still be possible during this time. For details, refer to our Changes Policy.
Changes
Changes to any order may be fulfilled up to Forty-Eight (48) hours before the event. All changes are subject to availability and recalculation of charges in the
event of change of date or venue. Any changes within the Forty-Eight (48)-hour timeline may also be fulfilled only in the event where the customer wishes
to add more items subject to availability. The customer can come in contact with us at any time to inquire about any changes and we will be happy to assist
if it is possible to do so.
All Rental Equipment is to be delivered to the premises of choice on ground level or if otherwise stated at checkout. Equipment is to be delivered to the
premises entrance or allocated area in a stacked manner. The customer is fully responsible for the setup and breakdown of all Rental Equipment.
All orders must be stacked and ready for the driver upon collection in the same place the items were delivered. Collection of items already set up and not
broken down and stacked upon collection is not included in our delivery and pick up fees and is subject to an extra charge depending on the volume of the
order.
Indemnity
The customer shall indemnify and keep PARTYWILD indemnified against all actions, claims, losses, costs (including all legal costs actually incurred or
otherwise), damages and expenses that are suffered or incurred by PARTYWILD and whether or not reasonable or otherwise foreseeable or avoidable
which arise directly or indirectly from any breach or alleged breach by the customer of any of these Terms and Conditions.
Value Added Tax
All prices listed on our website are subject to a Value Added Tax of 19% which is automatically added to the final order at checkout.
